Well a 401(k) for one, most businesses give you that option. some have healthcare, not only for you but sometimes for your entire family. Paid vacations, not sure if this is what you meant but......

Some often-ignored or forgotten benefits include professional training, paid leave days, and sick days. Coming from the military, most of those are assumed. We got 30 days of leave a year; most jobs will give you 10 or 15 days of paid leave. Keep in mind that allowed days off can have a major affect on your job.
One day most of you will have children; when they are sick, they can't go to day care or school. So you either 1) pay like crazy for child care in your home, 2) find someone who will take care of your sick child so you can work, or 3) take a paid vacation day or sick day off. 1 day may not sound like much, but it is amazing how fast those lost leave days can add up!
While John may not have meant it exactly this way, a very few corporations will send top performers on a vacation trip. Those businesses are rare, but it does happen. One big benefit if you work for a corporation that requires you to travel by plane; you can accrue airline miles this way that can send you on your own trip! My dad accumulated over 750K miles this way, which "paid" for trips to Hawaii and elsewhere.
