Why is it important to consider both your strengths and weaknesses when choosing a career path?

If your not good at something, it is probably not the smartest idea to get a job in that career field. Rather you should look at getting a job doing something you like and good at.

Well its one thing to focus on how much money you can make but its a completely different side to look at what you would be good at doing and sometimes more importantly what you love doing.
